My SteriPEN is defective, how do I return it for repair?The best thing to do is call Tech Support at 1-207-374-5700 to first make sure the SteriPEN does in fact need to be returned. If so the technician will issue a return authorization number. When sending the product back please make sure to enclose a short note on what the problem was and also include your phone number and address to send the repaired pen back to. 2. I have gotten an RA number. What address do I send my SteriPEN to?The address depends on how you will be returning the SteriPEN.
